GENERAL FAQS

How to reheat and/or store your desserts? All our desserts are not for microwaving. A gentle oven reheat at low temperature 170ºF, covered as not to dry them out.

Why do yours donuts costs more than others? We focus on clean ingredients. Flours without Glyphosate from Italy, Montana and Minnesota. Small Farmed chocolate. Pure sugars and Allulose. Uncontaminated coconut oils. For a premium sourdough donut prices are higher. Its absolutely worth the cost.

How long are your Pastries fresh for? Because we believe in the goodness and purity of every ingredient, we not add preservatives. Enjoy immediately upon receipt. 3 days refrigerated 2 weeks frozen in airtight container.

Order Time Frame?   Custom orders 3 weeks in advance. Holidays have a set schedule, calendar fills up quickly. Place your order as far in advance as possible.

Allergies? Our kitchen is entirely egg-free, dairy free, animal free, Please be aware that our kitchen prepares foods and uses ingredients in our products that contain or may contain wheat, nuts, soy, corn and other allergens. We do not recommend our products should you have allergies.

Do we ship? We do not offer shipping for our confections.

No Show?  Please make arrangements with Uber, Doordash or have someone you know pickup your order. We are not able to hold orders. No refunds or replacements. Pick-up are scheduled. Delivery can be arranged by Doordash only no exceptions and SugarbirdV are not responsible for orders not retrieved at appointed time.

STORE FAQS

Return Policy: We are responsible for preparation and delivery of product as discussed and per written contracted with customer. Changes to products after pick-up/delivery is not our liability. No refunds/exchanges/returns on edible food products.

Cancellations: A notice of at least 1 week before schedule due date on custom orders. 24 (business hours) for all other orders.

Special Agreements: During our detail consultation of your order all special arrangements are discussed and documented for clarity. 

SugarbirdV is a Texas Cottage Bakery: This food is made in a residential home kitchen and is not inspected by department of state health service or local health department. Our kitchen is also 100% plant life facility, no animal or derivates of animals.
